Returns:
All sales are final on personalized items. If we make a printing error on the order, we will either offer a LaineyBug Lane credit or redo the order at our expense.
Payment:
We accept credit cards through PayPal. PayPal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. Orders will not be processed and shipped until payment has cleared.
Shipping:
We ship everything Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. We have a flat shipping rate of $6.00
Sales tax
We are required to charge sales tax on any order shipped to a resident of Louisiana.

Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address). Your information is strictly confidential. The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.

Hours of Operation
LaineyBug Lane's hours of operation are as follows: Monday-Thursday 10 am-4 pm, Fridays 10 am-2 pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays. Please note that if you send us an email during hours when we are closed, you may not hear from us until our normal hours of operation.
