How long will my order take?
Most orders are processed and shipped out no longer than 5-7 business days ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED. Certain products take longer and are stated in the item description if extra shipping time is expected. If you need an item sooner, contact us and we may be able to work with you on getting it there sooner.
Will I receive an e-proof?
If you are ordering invitations, stickers, notecards, flat notes, calling cards you will receive an e-proof of your order within 24 hours ONCE PAYMENT has been cleared. I will no longer send e-proofs and do revisions of work unless you have placed an order.
What is your return policy?
We are not able to accept returns for custom printed orders. Proofs are provided with each printed order, including invites, stickers, notecards, etc., for review and final approval before printing. By approving your order, you are agreeing that the proof is ready to print. Once the proof is approved and the order is printed, the customer is responsible for any additional charges for reproduction and shipping. LaineyBug Lane will not print your order until we hear back from you via email that your proof is correct. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY.
All of our embroidery and applique products are custom made. Returns will only be accepted if an error was made on our part. We cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
LaineyBug Lane must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your package if an error was made on our part.
I would like to order matching products. Can you do that?
Yes! On almost all of our stationery items, we can create matching items. For example, if you like an invitation and would like matching kid thank you notes, we can do that. We can create address labels, stickers, gift tags, note cards, etc. Just Contact Us for details. Design is done at no additional charge.
Do you accept custom orders for invitations, calling cards, etc?
Absolutely! I love to do custom work. Currently there is no charge for custom design work. Send me an email about what you have in mind, and I will design something accordingly. You will be sent a proof through email.
Why are your prices different for similar items?
Embroidery and applique prices are different because applique takes a bit more time to make and there is also material used to make the applique. Some burp cloths, tshirts, bibs, blankets, etc. require more time to make and/or have a higher material cost than others, and that is why there is a price difference.
What if I see an embroidery design or applique design on one item, such as a burp cloth, but not on an item I want, such as a t-shirt?
Most designs can be put on all available items. Just email us to make sure and we'll set it up for you.
I sent an email and haven't heard back from you. Why?
LaineyBug Lane is a one woman show! I am a stay-at-home mom of three young children and run this business. I generally respond to emails within 24-48 hours during the day on Monday through Friday. If you contact me during the weekend, chances are you won't hear back until Monday.
If I live in Baton Rouge, can you monogram and applique my personal items?
Absolutely! Please contact me through website and we'll set up an appointment.
If I live in Baton Rouge, can I just pick up my order?
YES! You can enter LOCAL_PICKUP under the "Voucher" section at checkout. Once I receive your order, I will send you an email with the address to pick up your item.
